Athlete Career Transition work with the client to offer a different approach to hiring athletes. We use a unique global search, selection and assessment process that allows us present a number of appropriate athletes each with a comprehensive candidate package including profile document, psychometric assessments and one-way video interviews.
TRANSITION
Over many years of experience in this field we have developed our Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to ensure the safe and successful transition of athletes from one high performance environment in sport to another in business. This is often the critical element which is overlooked by business when hiring athletes.
